He is the Founder and Director of M/s Shubham Stock Broking Services Pvt. Ltd, a member of National Stock Exchange of India and DP of CDSL. He also holds the position of Independent Director in M/s Ashnoor Textile Mills Limited, a listed company engaged in export. He has professional experience of more than 40 years in the diverse fields of Capital market and investments, Corporate Laws, Accounts, Taxation, finance and Project financing with niche in Business Process Re-Engineering and Financial Modelling. He has been actively leading as the past chairman of Amritsar branch of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

CA MOHIT MITTAL

Mohit Mittal is a Lawyer, Master of Business Administration, Fellow Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India possessing nearly 15 years of working experience in Alternate Investment Funds, FEMA, Income Tax and strategies on establishing business in India with specialisation in consultancy on business structures and relevant laws. He is a Registered Valuer of Securities & Financial Assets (S&FA) under Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (I.B.B.I.) Reg. No. IBBI/RV/02/2020/12834) engaged in valuation of business, Shares, Securities, all kind of Financial Assets & Liabilities, Intangible Assets as required by IBC, Companies Act or under private arrangements between the parties. He is innovative and methodical in his approach for providing value added services to the clients.

CS PARUL AGGARWAL

Parul Aggarwal is a Company Secretary and Chartered Accountant with more than 8 year of experience. Her expertise lies in ROC, Secretarial, Litigation, Taxation, Commercial and Economic Laws. She has worked with Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) and Blue Town (WOS of Danish communication infrastructure Company), Kajaria Tiles, Pepsico, JIMS College, Jaipuria Mall, Pizza Hut and Pawan Hans Employee Provident Fund Trust. She has experience in Fund Raising, Financial Services, drafting of Meeting Minutes (Board, Committees and General Meetings) and maintaining investor relations. She has completed her Bachelor of Commerce from Kamala Nehru College, Delhi University in the year 2014.

CA ONAM AGGARWAL

Onam Aggarwal is a member of the ICAI with nearly 9 years of experience in fields of FEMA, Tax and Statutory Audit, Income Tax and Companies Act. Her expertise lies in Business Process Restructuring and Financial Modelling, FEMA and AIF. She has been a consultant with PNGRB under Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas and with Deloitte India in Audit and Assurance division. She is an alumnus of Shri Ram College of Commerce (India’s no. 1 Commerce College). She is a speaking enthusiast has represented in ICAI in various Competitions. She is Corporate Trainer and faculty with ICAI and ICSI for Communication and Management Skills.
